OrangePiel installs every large client project with in-house craftsmen — Pixar Animation Studios (17-window install), Yahoo, Workday, Verizon, Hotel Diva, SFMOMA, IRS National Headquarters, NEMA San Francisco, Avatar Studios, the Pennsylvania elementary-school cafeteria, and 30-plus other named-client installs across all 50 U.S. states. Z-clip on drywall and plywood, French cleat for renter-friendly removability, impaling clip on CMU and concrete, aircraft cable for ceiling baffles and clouds. Crew leveling within 1/8 inch tolerance. Joint registration matched across multi-panel acoustic murals up to 16 ft seamless. NRC 0.85 panels deliver rated absorption only when mounted with the specified air gap and surface coverage — OrangePiel crews verify the mounting depth, panel spacing, and surface area at install per ASTM C423. Class A surface burning per ASTM E84. NFPA 701 fabric flame propagation. UL GREENGUARD Gold IAQ. AATCC 16.3 colorfastness. Production runs 2-4 weeks from approved proof; install scheduling typically 1-3 weeks after delivery. Single point of accountability from PO to handoff. Photo documentation of the completed install delivered with the invoice. Out of scope: lighting, electrical, structural framing, HVAC, and any third-party trade work. OrangePiel installs the acoustic and shade scope and coordinates the schedule with the responsible trades.
