Hand off the OrangePiel scope on your schedule and OrangePiel returns finished walls. Our crew shows up with NRC test reports, ASTM E84 Class A certification, NFPA 701 compliance, GREENGUARD Gold IAQ, and the mounting hardware geometry on a flash drive. CAD blocks and Revit families published on the trade portal for your elevation drawings.
What an OrangePiel install includes.
Delivery + receiving. OrangePiel ships free ground to the install location in all 50 states. Crew receives the order, inspects every panel against the proof, and reports any shipping damage before install begins.
Mounting + install. Z-clip on drywall and plywood, French cleat for renter-friendly removability, impaling clip on CMU and concrete, aircraft cable for ceiling baffles and clouds. Crew leveling within 1/8 inch tolerance. Joint registration matched across multi- panel acoustic murals up to 16 ft seamless.
Acoustic calibration. NRC 0.85 panels deliver rated absorption only when mounted with the specified air gap and surface coverage. OrangePiel crews verify the mounting depth, panel spacing, and surface area at install — what was specified is what gets installed.
Cleanup + handoff. Crew removes packaging, vacuums the install zone, and walks the punch list with the GC or facilities team before close-out. Photo documentation of the completed install delivered with the invoice.
Out of scope: lighting, electrical, structural framing, HVAC, and any third-party trade work. OrangePiel installs the acoustic and shade scope and coordinates the schedule with the responsible trades.
