Every OrangePiel roller shade is produced using industrial dye-sublimation printing at up to 1,440 DPI resolution. Unlike inkjet or screen printing, dye-sublimation bonds ink directly into the fabric fibers at 300°F, creating a permanent image that will not peel, crack, or wash away. Our prints are rated to resist UV fading for 10+ years per AATCC 16.3 testing standards.
We print on premium PVC-free, VOC-free shade fabrics sourced from leading manufacturers. Choose from light-filtering sheers that diffuse natural light while maintaining privacy, blackout fabrics that block 100% of light for bedrooms and media rooms, or translucent options for balanced illumination. All fabrics meet GREENGUARD Gold certification for low chemical emissions.
Each shade is cut and assembled by hand at our California production facility. Rollers are available up to 16 feet wide without visible seams — ideal for floor-to-ceiling windows and commercial applications. Hardware options include standard clutch mechanisms, motorized systems compatible with smart home platforms, and spring-loaded rollers for a cordless, child-safe operation.
